Overview

The Ridge at River Mill will contribute to the overall River Mill Community with a mix of residential densities and unit types supported by local commercial uses. The Ridge will consist of 190 units, two-mixed use buildings and a square piazza. The proposed unit types include 2-storey and 3-storey townhouses, back to back townhouses and stacked townhouses. The mix of housing options will accommodate a range of affordability and lifestyles, while the mixed-use buildings will provide local commercial options to residents. The Ridge will be connected to the broader community via a safe local road network and will have access to existing Natural Heritage features and recreational trails as proposed in River Mill West (Phase 4).
