Overview

The proposal is to amend the existing Agricultural ‘A’ Zone to a Residential ‘R4’ Zone for the existing dwelling located at 343 Springbrook Avenue and a site specific ‘R4-XX’ zone for the proposed dwellings to be constructed fronting Chambers Drive.

The proposal is to create 2 new lots through consent fronting Chambers Drive to accommodate 2 new single detached dwellings to be accessed from Chambers Drive.

The existing dwelling at 343 Springbrook Ave is to remain.
