Overview

The proposed redevelopment includes the removal of the existing buildings on site to accommodate one two-storey mixed use building with approximately 539m² of ground floor leasable commercial space intended for a Medical Clinic.

Six residential units are proposed in the second storey, supported by six parking spaces. The Medical Clinic is proposed to be supported by twenty-seven parking spaces. In total, thirty-three parking spaces are proposed. Ten short-term bicycle parking spaces are proposed on-site.
